One of the key factors in the manufacture of the Bin Buddy product was the requirement of getting it to market quickly. Initial concepts for Bin Buddy were produced in the October, but due to the product being seasonal, it was essential that the customer began receiving the product no later than May which left a total time of concept to delivery of just six and half months.
