PZ Cussons, the maker of Imperial Leather, have been a client of ours for more than thirty years. We supply the closures for all of the major brands in the PZ Cussons personal care and beauty sectors globally, including St Tropez, Charles Worthington, Carex and Sanctuary Spa.
We are now producing our 8th generation of packaging for Imperial Leather, supplying the closures for their shower gels and bath products. We have multiple mould tools all with vision inspection systems to 100% inspect the closures prior to shipment to the client’s filling lines.
The products are all designed in house by our design team, developed initially using aluminium prototype tooling before moving to low cavitation pre-production tooling. This tooling was used to prove all of the line filling equipment at the client’s factory while full multiple cavitation production tooling was being built.
