We believe that plastic doesn’t have to be bad and promote a positive attitude to sustainable practices in all that we do. Plastic as we know it is a finite resource that has found its way into almost all aspects of our daily lives, reusing and recycling materials is one way to ensure a greater life cycle but there are many other ways that we achieve our environmental and sustainability goals.
Solar Power
Manufacturing requires large amounts of electricity, so we try to produce as much of it ourselves as we can. Our roofs are covered in solar panels which power our facility, providing us with clean, green electricity.
Green Fleet
As our company cars reach the end of their journeys, we’re replacing them with electric and hybrid cars, reducing our emissions and gas consumption.
Zero Percent
We aim for 0% waste in our manufacturing operations and offices. We achieve very close to this, in the factory we recycle all of our own plastic waste and even buy in waste plastics from other factories to use in PCR products. We recycle everything in the factory, including machinery! In our offices everything from paperwork to banana peels are recycled too, meaning we send as little as possible to landfill.
Design for Life
As well as ensuring our own practices are sustainable, we work with our partners and clients to design products that are as lightweight, practical and necessary as possible. We understand how to integrate companies’ sustainability targets into modelling and production without losing product integrity or affecting budgetary concerns.
