Due to continued growth, Coda Plastics are hiring for a number of positions at our site in North Walsham.
We are currently recruiting an Administrative Assistant to join our busy office team. This is a varied role but duties will include answering incoming calls, stock control and purchasing of consumables for the factory and staff, and general day to day admin tasks.
We are looking for somebody who enjoys a flexible role and can adapt to the daily challenges of a busy production/sales office.
The successful candidate must be computer literate with excellent IT skills and confident to learn our ERP software. Ideally the candidate will have experience of purchasing or a similar role.
The candidate must be a flexible team player with excellent communication skills. This role reports to the Customer Services Supervisor.
This is a full time position with an immediate start date. Working hours are 08:30am – 5pm with 30 minutes for lunch. Salary to be confirmed, dependent upon experience.
