Customer Service and Communications Update

As we are making essential packaging for food, medical and frontline sanitizers and cleaners we are doing everything we can to remain fully operational. We are observing all social distancing measures for our production staff, with enhanced hygiene practices in place at our facilities and all non-production staff are working from home where possible.


Due to the majority of our staff working from home or self isolating, there will be significant times during the day when our telephone system is unmanned.  The automated system will kick in and you will need to select ‘sales’ from the options, and your call will be forwarded through to our sales teams’ home offices. 


If you know which department or member of staff you require, the fastest way to get a response will be to use email, unless your contact has already given you their mobile numbers. Some staff are using personal mobiles at home so we will not publish their numbers.
