Tooling
It is our strong belief that a process is only as robust as the tooling utilized in production of your part.
Our tooling team are all full apprentice trained toolmakers and oversee the tool design and procurement process as well as project managing the tool builds prior to sign off and production. Once the tools are in production we have an in house toolroom as part of our tooling team to ensure that each mould tool is maintained to the highest possible standard.
By ensuring tools run on full cavitation we are able to maintain high efficiency outputs which help us to keep our service to our customers competitive.
We have a number of trusted supply partners for tooling procurement ranging from aluminium prototype tooling, through to steel pilot tools and full production tools all built to a Coda standard specification which has been proven for over 30 years. We are so confident that the tools we procure on our customer's behalf are built to the correct specification that all tools supplied by Coda Plastics are covered 100% by our fully inclusive guarantee.
