Case Study - Jeyes Parozone
Coda was approached by its Client Jeyes Ltd to work with them on the development of a Jeyes Weekly shots tablet system concept for their Parazone Brand.
Coda proposed an alternate solution utilising an in house designed tablet dispensing system which incorporated an all PP pack design that was fully recyclable and exceeded the client’s expectations.
Throughout the process Coda managed the intellectual property of its invention such that the two companies could patent the system to the mutual benefit of both companies; The design was technically difficult and Coda worked closely with its partner Easibind to develop the PP sheet casing for its innovative dispensing mechanism with integrated closure.
Coda prototyped, piloted and developed full production capability for this innovative pack, on time and on budget, the mechanism carries a world wide Patent and the pack design has subsequently been awarded Starpack awards in three categories.
