Injection Blow Moulding
Coda is one of the leading IBM suppliers in Europe. We were the first company in the UK to supply a one piece large ball roll on deodorant pack and have over 20 years experience.
IBM differs from extrusion blow moulding in its accuracy of neck finish which is part of the injection preform and maintains the close tolerance of injection moulding while the second stage blow gives the bottle shape unavailable to injection moulded parts. IBM is a "No Waste" process which helps keep your carbon footprint down.
Coda currently have 5 machines capable of making bottles from 20ml up to 1 litre capacity, typically used to manufacture our standard range of roll on deodorant bottles, we also supply blue chip customers such as P&G and Revlon with specialist bottles for their branded products.
Our Technical team is always happy to assist customers with new projects and offer a full bottle design and tooling procurement service.
