- The in house design team works closely with the customer, and any external design house or partner suppliers to ensure that the designs are feasible for manufacture and cost effective, we can supply virtual models and photorealistic renderings of your concept for early evaluation
- We supply rapid prototype models, pilot tool solutions, full pre production process and product development and a full project management service with customer feedback
- We can supply mould tools and ancillary equipment or procure on our customer’s behalf from our trusted group of approved toolmakers and equipment manufacturers, we supervise the tool design, manufacture and commissioning to ensure on time delivery
- Our knowledge of polymer technology means we can select the most suitable and cost effective materials for the job
- If you have existing moulds we can run and maintain them for you
- Production is planned on a daily basis to ensure that agreed customer requirements are met, our ERP system ensures we manage all aspects of our supply chain
- We have onsite and offsite warehousing facilities to house customer stock and to assist with accurate distribution our goal is always 100% on time in full deliveries
